Call for Manuscripts for Themed Issue on COVID-19 in the Academic Environment

SPECIAL CALL FOR MANUSCRIPTS FOR THEMED ISSUE ON COVID-19 IN THE ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT

The Impacting Education (IE) journal is an open access, international blind peer-reviewed journal where academics and practitioners can publish scholarly articles that meaningfully contribute to the improved preparation of PK-20 educational leaders through the examination of the development, redesign, and improvement of professional preparation programs as well as their outcomes.

IE is currently seeking research articles and essay manuscripts for a future special themed issue focused on the challenges, the work, and the results of both Ed.D. students and faculty as they relate to dealing with COVID-19 in the academic environment. Specific requirements for each type of manuscript can be found at: http://impactinged.pitt.edu/ojs/index.php/ImpactingEd/about/editorialPolicies#sectionPolicies

The themed issue is designed to highlight the challenges, the work, and the results experienced by both Ed.D. students and faculty as they relate to dealing with issues due to COVID-19. Both student and faculty Ed.D. scholars are encouraged to submit a proposal for this special issue.

Proposals should be submitted by August 1, 2020 via the IE online submission portal at: http://impactinged.pitt.edu/ojs/index.php/ImpactingEd/author. Proposals should be double spaced and include no more than 10 pages of text.
